What you agree to by using EarnVera, and what we commit to in return.
Version 2026-09-09-draft
What EarnVera is
EarnVera is a marketplace. Businesses pay for work to be done; people do that work and are paid for it. We match the two, verify the outcome, and settle the payment.
We are not an employer. Using EarnVera does not make you an employee, and nothing here creates an employment relationship, a partnership or an agency.
Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age for your country, which is shown on that country's page and is never below 18 unless local law and our own policy both allow it.
One account per person. Operating several accounts is the single most common form of abuse on platforms like this and it is grounds for closing all of them.
You must be in a country we are open in, and you must not use a VPN or proxy to appear to be somewhere you are not.
Doing work
Every task states what it pays, what counts as complete, and how long approval takes, before you start. If a requirement was not stated before you began, it cannot be used to reject your work.
Work must be your own and done by you. Submitting AI-generated output as human work, or having someone else complete tasks on your account, is grounds for rejection and for account action.
Rejected work is not paid. A rejection must carry a reason, and you can dispute it.
Your money
Rewards are credited as pending and become available once the reversal window for that work has closed. The waiting period is shown before you start.
If a client or partner network reverses a payment after your reward has cleared, you keep it, unless there is a confirmed finding that the reversal was caused by your own abuse.
Withdrawals show the amount, the fee and what will actually arrive before you confirm. A failed or refused withdrawal returns in full, including the fee.
We do not charge for the right to withdraw and we do not sell a way to skip a waiting period.
What is not allowed
Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or account selling.
Automation, bots, emulators or scripts to complete work.
Misrepresenting your country, age, language or identity.
Referral schemes that pay for signups rather than for work performed.
Anything that would deceive a third party, including fake reviews, fake installs and fake engagement.
Account action and appeals
We may restrict earning or payout on an account while we review activity. We will tell you what is restricted and roughly how long a review takes.
You can appeal any restriction. A person reads it and you are told the outcome.
We do not publish the specific detection rules, because that document would be a manual for evading them.
Changes and closure
We will tell you before these terms change in a way that affects you, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.
You can close your account at any time. If you have a pending balance or an open dispute, we will tell you what has to resolve first rather than quietly keeping either.
What specifically needs a lawyer
Published rather than hidden, because knowing what has not been checked is more useful than a document that looks finished.
- Whether the platform operates as principal or as the client's disbursing agent, and what that means for money transmission licensing in each launch market.
- Worker classification: independent contractor status in each jurisdiction, and where local law reclassifies it.
- Limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution, none of which are drafted here.
- Consumer-protection rules that may override anything written above in specific countries.
