Acceptable use policy

The behaviour that gets an account closed, stated plainly.

Version 2026-09-09-draft

This is a draft, not a reviewed legal document. It was written by the product team to describe how the platform actually behaves. It has not been reviewed by qualified counsel, it is not legal advice, and it is not in force. EarnVera is not accepting registrations against it.

Never acceptable

Operating more than one account, or completing work on someone else's.

Bots, scripts, emulators or automation of any kind.

Using a VPN or proxy to appear to be in a country you are not in.

Submitting AI-generated work as your own where the task requires human work.

Referral abuse: self-referral, circular referrals, or accounts created to be referred.

Anything intended to deceive a third party — fake reviews, fake installs, fake engagement.

What happens

First, a request to verify. Then a review by a person. Then restriction of earning or payout. Only a confirmed finding closes an account, and every step is recorded and appealable.

Money earned honestly before a restriction stays yours.

What specifically needs a lawyer

Published rather than hidden, because knowing what has not been checked is more useful than a document that looks finished.

  • Whether forfeiture of any balance is enforceable in the launch markets. The current position is that it is not, and nothing is forfeited.
