Delete your account

You can delete your EarnVera account yourself, at any time, in the app or on this website. It takes a minute and nobody has to approve it.

In the app

1. Open the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password and tap Delete my account.

On the website

1. Sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Enter your password and choose Delete my account.

What happens

• Your account closes straight away and you are signed out on every device.
• Your email address is released at once, so it can be used to register again.
• Your personal details, including your email, profile and sign-in history, are erased within 30 days.
• Records of money that moved through your account are kept for as long as the law requires, because a ledger you can delete from is not a ledger. They are used for nothing else.

If something has to finish first

If you have money in your wallet, earnings still pending, or a withdrawal in progress, we tell you what has to finish before the account can close, rather than closing it and quietly keeping your money or your data.

Keep a copy first

Signed in, the Account page has a Download my data button that gives you everything we hold on you in one file.

If you cannot sign in

Use the contact page and give us the email address on the account. We will ask you to show it is yours before deleting anything, because deleting someone else's account is an easy way to hurt them.
